Q. How can I pay for your products?
A. For deliveries within the UK you can make your payment to us electronically through Paypal or Google Checkout. Alternatively you can pay us by cheque, by postal order or by bank transfer.
For deliveries outside of the UK you can make your payment to us through Paypal or Google Checkout.

Q. How do I add items to my shopping bag?
A. Find a product that you like and click the "add to shopping bag" button.
Your product is now stored in your shopping back. Then, you can click the "continue shopping" button to put more items in your shopping bag or, if you have finished shopping, you can click the "checkout" button and pay for your purchase(s).
Q. Can you assist me with the checkout procedure?
Once you have all your items in your shopping bag, please select a delivery method from the drop-down menu and click the "checkout" button.
You will be taken through to the next screen, which will ask you to enter your email address. You will also have the option of entering your password if you are a returning customer.
Once you have filled out the relevant information, please click the continue with checkout button.
The next screen you come to will require you to fill in certain information so that we can process your order. All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) must be completed.
If your delivery details are the same as your billing details, simply check the "Same as Billing" box and the necessary information will automatically be inserted.
If your delivery details are different from your billing details (e.g., you are buying a gift for a friend) then please fill out the delivery details manually. Once this is done, click continue.
On the next screen all you need to do is select which payment method you wish to use. Simply follow the on-screen instructions from there on.
Q. I have forgotten my password. Please can you re-send it to me?
A. Yes. Please contact us to inform us that you have lost your password. We will send your password to your registered email address (NB. for security purposes we regret we are not able to give out passwords over the phone).
Q. What currencies do you accept?
A. Please make your payment to us in Great British Pounds. Great British Pounds are denoted as either GBP or £
Q. Which countries do you ship to?
A. We are pleased to inform you that we ship globally.
Q. Which courier service do you use?
A. In the UK we either use Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded service or Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service. You will be able to choose which you prefer when you checkout.
For international shipments we use Royal Mail's International Signed-For service.
These mail services are very secure. Your order will be insured and traceable.
Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. Usually all of our stock is ready for immediate dispatch upon payment.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive? (I am based in the UK)
A. Delivery times are the responsibility of the mail courier. Within the UK we normally use Royal Mail.
Royal Mail estimate about 1-3 working days for delivery. Kindly note there may be exceptions and seasonal variations to this rule (e.g., at Christmas time).
Q. How long will my order take to arrive? (I am based outside of the UK)
A. Delivery times are the responsibility of the mail couriers. Royal Mail will be responsible for handing over your delivery to the postal service in your country. They will take around 2-3 working days to do this.
Once the item is in your country's territory, the delivery time will be dependent on the performance of your country's mail service.
Q. Is it possible to track my order?
A. Yes. We have tracking details for your order(s). You are welcome to request them from us and we will be happy to oblige.
Q. The item I want is out of stock, can you inform me when it will be back in stock?
A. Yes, certainly. Please contact us with the item number of the product you want. Once it is back in stock we will inform you immediately.

Q. What is Tibetan Silver? How is it different from 925 silver?
A. Tibetan silver is a type of silver that is popular in Tibetan culture. It is made from approximately 20% silver and 80% copper and doesn't require a hallmark. On the other hand, 925 silver is 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper (or nickel) and, because it has a very high silver content, requires a hallmark.
